Fantastic family-friendly hotel with very welcoming and incredible staff from reception desk throughout the venue.

Beds were very poor quality.

Enjoyed having nice hot and extensive breakfast.

It was based in really nice building in an excellent and perfect location, in the main restaurant rather than the breakfast area in the Platinum Club building. We got recently renovated room with a luxurious bathroom.

I was offered a room with magnificent views of the beach.

I booked silent, airy room with all the amenities, large windows and a view overlooking greenery. The staff was incredible and pleasant all the time.

It had awful views.

Everyone here was extremely friendly and really polite.

My room included a lounge, a hair dryer, and a sofa sleeper. The location was central, short walk to sea and town, and the beach, where there is a lovely promenade with cafes, shops and entertainment.

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Codona's Amusement Park. Further, it was just next door to a nightclub, beach and free car parking and the football ground.

It offers exceptional services. The rooms are recently refurbished and romantic with great beds. The breakfast is perfectly fine and warm and the location is incredible!

Loved the place, had an enjoyable stay on a weekend. The room was pet-friendly and nice modern and there were a lounge, a hair dryer, and a sofa bed. The breakfast was large, the check in was efficient. Need to add that free Wi-Fi worked in the rooms.

The hotel is on a magnificent location just next door to a nice esplanade to walk and leisure facilities for young kids, both the beach & city centre and a taxi from Aberdeen airport.

Recently renovated and high quality rooms, fantastic views of the sea. Really comfortable area, central location really close to the esplanade/town centre/Pittodrie Stadium, and next to the beach ballroom. Nearby Tgi Fridays - great place to chill out.

Great value for money, with a comfortable and spotlessly clean room. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to both the city centre and the seafront. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the welcome cookie was a nice touch.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The breakfast variety is good hot and large with all served hot and options cooked to order, as example, excellent service.

In general the service was good. Hopefully the room was luxurious and fine with good view, superb french windows plus drinks. The location was stunning and peaceful - ease of access to Satrosphere.
